Uzbekistan will host 56th International Mendeleev Chemistry Olympiad. The Olympiad will take place from 9th to 16th of May.
Students from more than 20 countries, including Austria, UAE, China, Russia, Turkey, Croatia, Hungary, Israel, Latvia, Macedonia, Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia, are expected to take part in this Olympiad organized by the Agency for the Presidential Educational Institutions.

The International Mendeleev Olympiad was founded in 1948 and is one of the most prestigious Olympiads in the world. The Olympiad is held annually in about 30 countries around the globe.
